Day 01 :

Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

Your adventure begins with a scenic early morning drive from Nairobi to Amboseli. On arrival, enjoy a game drive through the park, famous for its large elephant herds and breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Check in to your lodge or tented camp for lunch, then head out for an afternoon game drive. Watch elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and countless bird species as the sun sets behind Kilimanjaro.

Day 02 :

Full Day in Amboseli

Start the day with a sunrise game drive to witness the park at its most active. After breakfast, relax at the lodge or enjoy a nature walk with your guide. In the afternoon, head out for another game drive, exploring Amboseli’s swamps and plains. The park offers excellent photography opportunities, especially of elephants against the mountain backdrop.

Day 03 :

Amboseli – Ithumba Camp (Tsavo East)

After breakfast, depart Amboseli and head towards the Ithumba Camp, located in the northern part of Tsavo East National Park. This exclusive area is part of Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and is known for its incredible elephant conservation efforts. Upon arrival, check in and enjoy a peaceful afternoon surrounded by nature. In the evening, you may observe the orphaned elephants returning from the bush — a magical experience.

Day 04 :

Ithumba – Umani Springs (Kibwezi Forest)

After breakfast, transfer to Umani Springs, nestled in the lush Kibwezi Forest. This beautiful and serene location is perfect for relaxation and wildlife viewing. You may have the opportunity to visit the elephant orphan herd at the Umani Springs Reintegration Unit. Enjoy a nature walk in the forest or relax at the lodge with stunning views of the springs.

Day 05 :

Umani Springs – Voi or Diani Drop-off

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning before departing for your onward journey. You can choose to be dropped off in Voi for train connections or road transfer to Diani Beach for a coastal extension of your safari.
